AGM and dinner dance at Dartington Hall

19th November 2016
Venue: Dartington Hall

This year’s AGM and dinner dance is being held on Saturday 19th November in the 14th Century Great Hall at Dartington, near Totnes. This glorious Hall with its medieval hammer beam roof is the centrepiece of the 880 acre Dartington Hall Estate with its beautiful gardens and land bounded by the River Dart. We have reserved all the accommodation round the courtyard for the Saturday night with special rates for the Friday night so there is no excuse not to stay and make the most of the weekend. Car parking is free for residents.

After a welcome drink, we will enjoy a three course dinner with wine, followed by dancing to The Carlton Big Band. If you are not so sure about your dancing ability, Nick Hole, a local teacher of dance will be on hand to teach us a few basic steps in the afternoon.

We have also arranged for a guided tour of the Grade 2* listed gardens so you can discover some of the history of this magical place.

Dress Code: Black tie.
