Charlotte Stilwell is a specialist in prosthodontic dentistry with a referral practice in Harley Street, London. Charlotte undertakes all aspects of conventional and implant supported fixed and removable prosthodontics. Charlotte also has an interest in gerodontology and occlusion.

Charlotte trained at the Royal Dental College in Copenhagen, Denmark but moved to the UK to start her professional career with five years of postgraduate training in the Department of Prosthetics at the Royal London Hospital Dental School. Thereafter, she has practiced in general and specialist practice and she has held part-time lecturer posts at Department of Prosthetics at the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry as well as the Department of Gerodontology and Removable Prosthetics at the University of Geneva.

Charlotte is a fellow and president-elect of the ITI International Team for Implantology and an examiner for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal Colleges of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

  • Recognise the general and dental challenges of this age group
  • Explain general and specific strategies for their dental management.

PM Removable partial and complete conventional and implant retained dentures

Learning outcome at the end of the session the participants should be able to:

  • Describe planning and design of effective hygienic partial dentures
  • Describe a diagnostic approach to complete dentures
  • Outline indications and advantages of removable partial and complete implant overdentures

The day:
