Practice Team Day: Communication, Confidence, Contentment and Ethical Sales.

This year’s practice team day features two speakers. Joy Marsden and Ashley Latter.

Joy Marsden had over 25 years of business experience prior to starting her own Personal Development and Performance Company.

Today as an influential self-leadership speaker, Joy teaches around the world using her uniquely designed Keep Stepping® principles, where she focuses on key areas that must be mastered in order to lead yourself and others through challenge and change. She regularly works with teams in the NHS, GP Practice managers and other healthcare organisations and has been featured in the Business of Dentistry Magazine.

Joy was selected as an ambassador for Leadership for the Chartered Management Institute, is a qualified strategic coach and a member of the Global Speakers’ Federation, Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association and Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

Ashley Latter has been coaching and training dental professionals since 1997. His Ethical Sales and Communication programme is legendary in the U.K. dental world and is probably the most sought after one in dentistry today. Ashley has delivered it in 15 different countries, including Estonia, Serbia, Canada and five times in the USA. A world class programme designed to refresh and advance your ethical sales skills to make you the most powerful communicator and further increase your self-confidence, enabling you to influence and sell with ease and integrity.

Learning outcomes:

• Learn how to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely. Understand the language that excites patients to take action and most importantly, what you must not say to dissuade them.
• Develop new skills and behaviours that will enable you to increase your treatment plan acceptance rate, in an ethical way.
• Understand how patients make decisions when they buy cosmetic dentistry
• Develop more self- confidence and develop a more positive attitude towards success and accomplishment
• Understand the eight steps of the Ethical Sales Approach

The meeting will be held at Exeter Racecourse, Kennford EX6 7XS. Registration with tea, coffee and pastries will be from 8.30am, and the meeting will start at 9.30am.
