Julian Perry

Julian Perry BDS MFGDP.RCS DipImpDent.RCS Julian graduated from Birmingham in 1983, working in the hospital system for several years before moving to general practice. He has owned and run several practices focusing on implants for the last 29 years. Julian established one of the early business support companies in dentistry in 1988 and helped over 300 practices achieve a business discipline which covered growth, management accounts and practice development. He has been a CEO, a Clinical Director, an M&A Director, a Commercial Director in a number of dental groups including Oasis, BUPA and {My}Dentist.

In March 2021 he stepped away from {My}Dentist post the sale of the business, but still has a number of non executive roles and is in demand on the dental lecture circuit… He moved to Kingsbridge Devon, just prior to the pandemic and is currently building a new family home.

Martin Crump

Following a background in Manufacturing and R&D, Martin Crump has spent over twenty years as a training and development professional working at a strategic level with individuals within organisations throughout the UK.

He taught Management Development at Manchester Metropolitan University and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Certified NLP Master Trainer. Recently, he co-authored ‘How to Build an Ark, A guide to project leadership in the 21st century.’ And ‘Evolve or Die. The ultimate self-help book.’ Both these books are available to buy from Amazon.

Martin is committed to facilitating the realisation of the potential of individuals, and through those individuals the potential of organisations they are part of.

He has been working with Dental Professionals for over 10 years.
